Information or acquisition requests

The website does not offer online payment. A request sent via a form or WhatsApp is neither an order nor a commitment to purchase.

Acquisition process

The artist replies personally, informs you of the artwork's availability, price, payment, packing and delivery terms, and then agrees the terms of sale with you.

Availability and prices

The statuses (available, reserved, sold…) and prices shown are indicative. A reserved or sold painting is no longer available; the artist never undertakes to produce an identical reproduction of a sold work. Digital artworks may be offered in limited editions, the number of copies being stated on their page.

Authenticity

Where stated, a painting comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

Courses and workshops

A booking sent from the website is a registration request: it only becomes final once confirmed by the artist and paid according to the terms he communicates to you (price, dates, materials, cancellation or postponement conditions). The number of places per group is limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
